摘  要:农村职业教育是助推乡村振兴和实现农村现代化的现实需要,为乡村振兴提供理念向导、价值引导、智力保障。目前农村职业教育在服务乡村振兴的实践中面临着职业教育理念冲突、职业教育资源失衡、职业教育活动实施组织无序,职业教育缺乏全局谋划等突出问题。有鉴于此,农村职业教育需要精准施策,创新思路和方略,秉持“以农为本”的农村职业教育理念,无缝衔接乡村振兴需求;构建“以生为本”服务乡村振兴的过程实施模式;强化“以人为本”支持农业农村优先发展的整体性治理,从而更好发挥农村职业教育助推农业农村现代化的内在效应。Rural vocational education is the inherent and practical requirement of promoting rural revitalization and realizing rural modernization,and provides the concept guide,value guide and intellectual guarantee for rural revitalization.At present,in the practice of serving rural revitaliza-tion,rural vocational education is faced with such outstanding problems as conflict of vocational education ideas,imbalance of vocational education resources,disorganized implementation of vo-cational education activities,and lack of overall planning.In view of this,rural vocational educa-tion needs precise policies,innovative ideas and strategies,adhere to the"agriculture-oriented"rural vocational education concept,and seamlessly connect the needs of rural revitalization;Con-struct the process implementation model of rural vocational education,which is"student-orien-ted"and serves rural revitalization;Strengthen the overall governance of"people-oriented"rural vocational education to support the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,so as to better play the inherent effect of rural vocational education to promote agricultural and rural mod-ernization.
