摘　　要：如何培养好学生骨干,提升学生骨干的综合素质,是高校教育工作者必须思考的问题。本文阐释了党对高校学生骨干培养的新要求,讨论了常见的工作误区和在不同阶段培养学生骨干的有效招法,对进一步创新驱动高校思政工作高质量发展提出了建议。How to cultivate student leaders and improve their comprehensive qualityis a problem that educators in higher education institutes must think about.This paper explains the Party′s new requirements for the cultivation of student leaders,discusses the prevalent work misunderstandings and effective tactics for cultivating student leaders in different stages,and puts forward suggestions for further innovation to drive the high-quality development of ideological and political work in higher education institutes.
