摘　　要：高职产业学院作为职业教育产教融合、科教融汇的重要平台,是职业教育赋能现代化产业体系发展的关键载体。高职产业学院赋能现代化产业体系的逻辑机理是为现代化产业体系发展输送高素质一线劳动者、为现代化产业体系发展升级劳动资料与劳动对象、为现代化产业发展疏通生产关系。在现代化产业体系背景下,高职产业学院主要存在人才培养体系适应性不足、应用技术研究功能挖掘不够、运行机制疏通不彻底三大问题。为激发高职产业学院促进现代化产业体系的动力与能力,需围绕数智技术,构建适应现代产业的技术技能人才培养新体系;聚焦应用技术研究,打造满足现代产业升级需要的应用科研新生态;定位专精特新企业,布局现代化产业的社会服务新网络;完善多元协同新机制,理顺适应现代化产业的生产关系新系统,为高职产业学院提供改革进路。The industrial college in higher vocational college,as an important platform for the integra⁃tion between industry and education in vocational education and the integration of science and education,serve as a key carrier for empowering the development of the modern industrial system through vocational education.The logical mechanism by which industrial college in higher vocational college empower the modern industrial system is to supply high-quality front-line workers for the development of the modern in⁃dustrial system,to upgrade labor means and objects for the development of the modern industrial system,and to smooth out production relations for the development of the modern industry.Against the backdrop of the modern industrial system,industrial college in higher vocational college primarily face three issues:in⁃sufficient adaptability of the talent cultivation system,inadequate exploration of the function of applied tech⁃nology research,and incomplete smoothing of operational mechanisms.To stimulate the momentum and ca⁃pability of industrial college in higher vocational college in promoting the modern industrial system,it is necessary to focus on digital intelligence technology to build a new system for cultivating technical and skilled talents that adapts to the modern industry;concentrate on applied technology research to create a new ecosystem for applied scientific research that meets the needs of modern industrial upgrading;position specialized,refined,and innovative enterprises to layout a new network of social services for the modern in⁃dustrial system;improve a new mechanism for diverse collaboration to rationalize a new system of produc⁃tion relations that adapts to the modern industrial system,thus providing a path for reform for industrial col⁃lege in higher vocational college.
