摘　　要：电力丝路学院是我国职业教育“走出去”的重要组成部分。其坚持“引进来”和“走出去”并重,构建了“行业主导、专业联动、抱团出海”的职业教育国际化办学模式,创新形成了“五共同一独立”国际化办学运行机制。通过拓展功能、行业统筹、制订标准、实体运行,实现了共建共享、教随产出、输出资源、务求实效的目的。对标教育强国建设目标,反思教育实践,新时代中国职业教育对外开放必须坚持以“五金”建设为统领,为构建人类命运共同体注入中国职业教育力量。The Electric Power Silk Road College is an important component of China's vocational edu⁃cation"going abroad".It adheres to the equal emphasis on"bringing in"and"going abroad",and has built an international vocational education model of"industry led,professional linkage,and group going out",in⁃novatively forming the"five common and one independent"international education operation mechanism.By expanding functions,coordinating industries,formulating standards,and implementing physical opera⁃tions,the goal of co building and sharing,teaching with output,outputting resources,and striving for practi⁃cal results has been achieved.To benchmark the goal of building a strong education country and reflect on educational practices,the opening up of vocational education in China in the new era must adhere to the leadership of"five key components"construction,injecting Chinese vocational education strength into the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
