摘　　要：测序技术迅速发展引起相关数据信息出现了爆炸性增长,引领科学研究步入大数据的行列,因此生物信息学对推动医学的进步发挥重要作用,为医疗精准化奠定了基础。医学研究生作为医学科学研究的重要人员,其科研思维和科研能力的形成,对未来高质量临床-科研复合型人才的储备起着关键作用,对提高医学研究生的综合科研素质极为重要。在大数据背景下,通过多种措施加强医学研究生对生物信息学的学习和运用能力,解决科研过程中面临的主要问题,是培养高质量医学研究生的重要一环。The rapid development of sequencing technology has led to the explosive growth of data volume,leading scientific studies into the era of big data.Therefore,bioinformatics plays an important role in promoting the progress of medicine and lays the foundation for precision medicine.As an important part of medical scientific research,training medical graduate students’scientific research mind and ability plays a key role in the reserve of high-quality clinical and scientific researchers in future,and is also extremely important to improve the overall quality of scientific research for medical graduate students.In the context of big data,strengthening the ability of medical graduate students to learn and use bioinformatics through various measures as well as their ability to solve main problems is an essential part to improve the overall quality of medical graduate students.
