“双创”背景下工商管理专业教学实践研究——以福建商学院为例

摘　　要：在创新创业驱动发展战略背景下,高校作为“双创”育人的主阵地,应不断致力于为社会培养新兴实用性人才。对于工商管理专业教学而言,面对经济全球化发展的总体趋向和市场用人新变革,更需要以“双创”教育为导向,依托本专业的创新创业特色,积极谋求课程体系和实践教学的新举措,切实提高专业育人质量。以福建商学院工商管理专业作为研究对象,从“双创”理念融入的内涵出发,阐述了当前教学改革中面临的主要瓶颈,提出了人才培养架构与教学实践改革的具体路径,以供参考。In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship driven development strategy, universities,as the main battlefield of entrepreneurship and innovation education, should continuously strive to cultivate emerging practical talents for society. For the teaching of business administration major, in the face of the overall trend of economic globalization and new changes in market employment, it is even more necessary to take entrepreneurship and innovation education as the guidance, rely on the innovative and entrepreneurial characteristics of this major, actively seek new measures in the curriculum system and practical teaching, and effectively improve the quality of professional education.Taking the business administration major of Fujian Business University as the research object, starting from the connotation of integrating the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation, this paper elaborates on the main bottlenecks faced in current teaching reform, and finally proposes a specific path for talent cultivation structure and teaching practice reform for reference.
