摘 要:会计学专业作为会计教育的核心组成部分,是新商科发展的根本。因此,优化会计学专业人才培养路径对新商科发展具有重要意义。本文针对当前会计学专业人才培养质量提升需求,立足新商科视角,展开会计学专业人才培养的背景分析,全面剖析当前会计学专业人才培养现状及面临的新挑战,从打破学科壁垒,助力会计教育数字化转型升级;深化融合贯通,提升学生商科实践与创新能力;增强专兼结合,打造多维化师资团队;推进校企合作,完善实战化、智能化仿真环境等多维度协同探索创新路径,以期助力培养高质量复合型创新性财会人才,推动新商科与会计教育的创新与发展。As the core component of accounting education, accounting specialty has become the driving force for the development of new business. Therefore, optimizing the training path of accounting talents is of great significance to the development of new business. In view of the current demand for improving the quality of accounting professional training, based on the perspective of new business, this paper analyzes the background of accounting professional training, comprehensively analyzes the current situation of accounting professional training and the new challenges it faces, to help the digital transformation and upgrading of accounting education by breaking the disciplinary barriers;to deepen integration and improve students' business practice and innovation ability;to strengthen the combination of specialty and part-time, and build a “multi-dimensional” teaching team;to promote school-enterprise cooperation, improve the “actual combat, intelligent” simulation environment and other multi-dimensional collaborative exploration of innovative paths, in order to help cultivate highquality compound innovative accounting talents and promote the innovation and development of new business and accounting education.
