摘　　要：山东是教育部与山东省委、省政府共建的国家职业教育创新发展高地、省域现代职业教育体系新模式试点。在探索实践中,山东坚持以科学的教育观、政绩观和人才观为统领,统筹谋划、系统设计、整体推进,“一张蓝图绘到底”,不断推动职业教育格局性发展;坚持制度创新引领、服务产业升级、服务县域发展、服务“走出去”、服务人人出彩,职业教育成为山东经济社会发展的重要“稳定器”、产业转型升级的有力“推进器”,在服务现代化强省建设中彰显职教力量。Shandong is a national innovation and development highland for vocational education and a provincial pilot for a modern vocational education system co-constructed by the Ministry of Education,the Shandong Provincial Party Committee,and the Provincial Government.In the process of exploration and practice,Shandong adheres to the leadership of scientific educational concepts,performance concepts,and talent concepts,comprehensively plans,systematically designs,and moves forward as a whole,"drawing one blueprint to the end,"and constantly drives the structural development of vocational education;It adheres to the leading role of institutional innovation,service to industrial upgrading,county-level development,"go⁃ing out,"and everyone's success,making vocational education an important"stabilizer"for economic and social development in Shandong and a powerful"accelerator"for industrial transformation and upgrading.It showcases the strength of vocational education in serving the construction of a strong modern province.
