摘　　要：产业结构调整背景下,各产业从“制造”向“智造”转型升级成为大势所趋,产业工人的学历与技能需求也随之“水涨船高”。基于教育部、中华全国总工会联合开展的产业工人“求学圆梦行动”调研数据,研究分析了不同人口学特征下产业工人学历与技能提升的需求差异。研究发现,目前产业工人学历提升需求的重点是专科和本科层次,重点需求的学科集中于传统支柱产业和新兴产业相关学科;在技能提升上,当前产业工人关注的重点是专业技能提升;在学习方式上,结合远程教育技术手段,应用多元化教育方法更符合产业工人的实际情况。建议要合理设置相关专业,因势、因材、因需地为产业工人提供学习支持服务。In the context of industrial structure adjustment,the transformation and upgrading of indus-tries from"manufacturing"to"intelligent manufacturing"has become an inevitable trend,and the demand for education level and skills of industrial workers has also increased accordingly.Based on the survey data of the"Chasing Dreams Through Education Action"jointly launched by the Ministry of Education and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions,this study analyzes the differences in the demand for education level and skill upgrading of industrial workers under different demographic characteristics.The study found that the current focus of industrial workers'education level upgrading demand is the junior college and bache-lor's degree level,and the key subjects of demand are related to traditional pillar industries and emerging in-dustries;in terms of skill upgrading,the current focus of industrial workers is professional skill upgrading;in terms of learning methods,combining remote education technological means and applying diversified ed-ucational methods is more in line with the actual situation of industrial workers.It is suggested that relevant majors should be reasonably set up and targeted learning support services should be provided to industrial workers according to their needs and circumstances.
