摘  要:产学研用是高校落实立德树人,实现人才培养目标的根本。“仪器分析”课程是食品专业本科生教学课程的重要组成部分,仪器分析涉及的专业知识广、难度大且多学科交叉、知识点繁多,在教学上很难让学生掌握课程的专业知识和技能的问题亟需解决。通过整合产业、高校、科研、应用4块教学内容,建立“产学研用”结合的“仪器分析”课程教学体系,优化培养目标,以学生为中心,以产出为导向,持续改进,增加课程的针对性和实践性,培养学生的应用能力和创新能力,架起高校人才培养与社会需求的桥梁和衔接,培养高素质专业型食品人才。“Production-teaching-research-application”is one of the important approaches in higher education.Instrumental Analysis plays a very important role in the course teaching of food major.Instrumental Analysis is a specialized course involving a wide range of subject knowledge,high difficulty,multi-disciplinary crossing and numerous knowledge points.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem that it is difficult for students to master the professional knowledge and skills of the course in teaching,so as to facilitate the cultivation of innovative talents.It was urgent to reform the course teaching method,teaching mode and assessment method,established the instrumental analysis teaching team combining“production,study and research”,restructured the talent training objectives,improved the pertinancy and practicality of course teaching,enhance students'practical ability and innovation ability,effectively solved the problem of low matching degree between the talents cultivated by colleges and universities and the talents demanded by enterprises,and cultivate high-quality professional talents.
