摘  要:根据新工科人才培养要求,针对现阶段“食品工厂设计”课程实际教学中存在的师资工程经验相对薄弱、时间安排不合理、课设组织和实施不合理、考核方式不合理等问题,将CDIO的先进教育模式和“食品工厂设计”课程的特征相融合,对课程设计的选题、实施、考核等教学环节进行改革与探讨,构建新的“食品工厂设计”课程教学模式与方法。研究表明,该教学模式有助于提高“食品工厂设计”课程的教学效果,能有效提高学生团队协作能力和独立解决问题的能力。Combined with training requirements of new engineering talents,this study addresses various issues in the actual teaching of Food Factory Design.There are problems during Food Factory Design teaching,such as inadequate faculty engineering experience,unreasonable time arrangement of lessons,unreasonable organization and implementation of lessons,and unreasonable assessment method.In this paper,the CDIO concept and the characteristics of industrial ventilation curriculum design were combined to reform and discussed the topic selection,implementation,assessment and other aspects of curriculum design,so as to build a new teaching mode and method of Food Factory Design teaching.The teaching practice results demonstrated that these reforms have a significant positive effect on improving the teaching effectiveness and enhancing students'teamwork and independent thinking abilities.
