摘 要:目的分析基于问题的教学方法(problem based learning,PBL)联合模拟教学模式在见习医生临床带教中应用的效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年5月长春市中心医院40名见习医生为研究对象,根据临床带教模式分组。2022年5月—2023年5月在院的20名见习医生实施常规临床带教设为常规组;2023年6月—2024年5月在院的20名见习医生实施PBL联合模拟教学模式设为研究组。比较两组见习医生学习积极主动性、考核成绩、临床带教效果。结果研究组见习医生学习积极主动性评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组理论和实践考核成绩分别为(93.36±1.34)分、(93.36±1.42)分,高于常规组的(89.23±1.25)分、(88.25±1.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.079、12.038,P均<0.05)。研究组临床带教效果评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PBL联合模拟教学模式可以调动见习医生的学习积极主动性,增强见习医生理论知识和实践技能的掌握度,提高临床带教整体的教学效果,具有较高临床带教借鉴价值。Objective To analyze the effect of problem based learning(PBL)combined with simulation teaching mode in clinical teaching of trainee doctors.Methods From May 2022 to May 2024,forty trainee doctors in Changchun Cen-tral Hospital were selected as the research objects and grouped according to the clinical teaching mode.From May 2022 to May 2023,twenty interns in the hospital were given routine clinical teaching as the routine group;from June 2023 to May 2024,twenty interns in the hospital were set as the study group to implement the PBL combined simula-tion teaching mode.The learning initiative,assessment results and clinical teaching effect of the two groups of trainee doctors were compared.Results The score of learning initiative of trainee doctors in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of theoretical and practical assessment in the study group were 93.36±1.34 and 93.36±1.42,which were higher than those of the conven-tional group 89.23±1.25 and 88.25±1.26,the differences were statistically significant(t=10.079,12.038,both P<0.05).The clinical teaching effect score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with simulation teaching mode can mobilize the learn-ing initiative of interns,enhance the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns,and improve the overall teaching effect of clinical teaching,which has high reference value for clinical teaching.
