摘 要:本试验旨在研究亚麻籽加工方式对产蛋后期北京油鸡生产性能、蛋品质、鸡蛋营养成分和脂肪酸含量的影响。选用64周龄、体况良好的产蛋后期北京油鸡405只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复27只鸡。各组均饲喂亚麻籽水平为12%的试验饲粮,其中,A组(对照组)为整粒亚麻籽,B组为破碎亚麻籽,C组为膨化亚麻籽。预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:1)与A组和B组相比,C组的软破蛋率显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与A组和C组相比,B组的蛋黄指数显著降低(P<0.05)。3)各组之间鸡蛋主要营养成分含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)与A组相比,C组的鸡蛋α-亚麻酸(α-ALA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA)含量及ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)/ω-6多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-6 PUFA)显著提高(P<0.05),B组和C组的鸡蛋ω-3 PUFA含量显著提高(P<0.05)。与B组相比,C组的鸡蛋α-ALA含量和ω-3 PUFA/ω-6 PUFA显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲喂膨化亚麻籽可以降低北京油鸡的软破蛋率,提高鸡蛋中的ω-3 PUFA含量,富集效果方面优于整粒亚麻籽和破碎亚麻籽。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of flaxseed processing method on performance,egg quality and egg nutrient and fatty acid contents of Beijing-You chickens during late laying period.A total of 405 sixty-four-week-old Beijing-You chickens with good physical condition were divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 27 chickens per replicate.All groups were fed with an experimental diet with the flaxseed level of 12%,among them,group A(control group)was whole flaxseed,group B was broken flaxseed,and group C was extruded flaxseed.The pre-trial lasted for 7 days,and the formal trial lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with group A and group B,the soft broken egg rate of group C was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with group A and group C,the yolk index of group B was significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)There were no significant differences in egg main nutrient contents among all groups(P>0.05).4)Compared with group A,the contents ofα-linolenic acid(α-ALA),eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)andω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(ω-3 PUFA)/ω-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid(ω-6 PUFA)in egg of group C were significantly increased(P<0.05),the eggω-3 PUFA content of group B and group C was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with group B,theα-ALA content andω-3 PUFA/ω-6 PUFA in egg of group C were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,feeding extruded flaxseed can reduce the soft broken egg rate of Beijing-You chickens,increase the eggω-3 PUFA content,and the enrichment effect is better than that of whole flaxseed and broken flaxseed.
