2022—2024年曲靖市麒麟区儿童和孕妇碘营养状况分析

摘　　要：对曲靖市麒麟区农村居民碘盐食用情况及孕妇碘摄入情况进行监测分析,以保证农村居民食用到合格的碘盐。在2022—2024年,对麒麟区辖区内11个乡镇采集的碘盐和尿碘样本开展食用碘盐和尿液中碘含量监测。采样对象为8~10岁儿童和孕妇,以确保碘盐的质量和安全性。监测结果显示,碘盐的合格率均达到《云南省碘缺乏病监测方案》(2016版)的要求,儿童和孕妇的尿碘中位数均超过推荐标准,显示碘营养状况良好。尽管整体合格率较高,但仍有部分地区存在非碘盐样本,提示需关注碘盐质量的地区差异。未来工作需加强碘盐质量监管和宣传教育,以持续消除碘缺乏病,保障居民健康。This study monitored and analyzed the consumption of iodized salt and iodine intake in pregnant women among rural residents in Qilin district of Qujing city to ensure that rural residents consume qualified iodized salt.From 2022 to 2024,iodized salt and urine iodine samples were collected from 11 townships within the jurisdiction of Qilin district to monitor the content of iodine in edible salt and urine.The sampling targets were children aged 8~10 and pregnant women to ensure the quality and safety of iodized salt.The monitoring results showed that the qualification rate of iodized salt met the requirements of the Yunnan Province Iodine Deficiency Disorder Surveillance Program (2016 edition),and the median urinary iodine levels in children and pregnant women exceeded the recommended standards,indicating good iodine nutrition status.Although the overall qualification rate is high,some areas still have non-iodized salt samples,indicating the need to pay attention to regional differences in the quality of iodized salt.Future work needs to strengthen the supervision of iodized salt quality and educational propaganda to continue to eliminate iodine deficiency disorders and ensure the health of residents.
