摘 要:应用型临床医学人才培养的关键是提高岗位胜任力,而岗位胜任力的关键在于医学知识掌握程度及运用能力。为了加强临床医学专业人才培养,更快更好地践行教育部提出的“早临床、多临床、反复临床”的教育理念,同时加强临床医学生临床技能和医德素质的培养,在基础医学教学过程中融入执业医师资格考试大纲中常考的临床案例,由专业教师带动临床医学生编写基础知识融入临床案例,基础医学知识点由基础医学教师整合,临床医学教师协同将基础医学知识点进行拓展,分析疾病的发病机制和发病原因,透过临床表现分析疾病的本质,培养学生的临床医学思维能力,最后由临床医学生进入医学模拟中心模拟诊室进行医患角色互换,通过对话口述出主要临床症状或体征及检查指标背后隐藏的基础医学知识点,做到真正意义上理解基础医学知识点,强化临床医学思维。The key to the training of applied clinical medical talents is to improve the post competency,and the key of the post competency is the mastery of medical knowledge and the ability to use medical knowledge.In order to strengthen clinical medicine professional personnel training,faster and better practice the education concept of“early clinical practice,more clinical practice,repeated clinical practice”proposed by the Ministry of Education,and strengthen the cultivation of clinical skills and medical ethics of clinical medical students,the clinical cases often tested in the outline of medical licensing examination should be integrated into the process of basic medical teaching.The professional teachers led the clinical medical students to write basic knowledge into clinical cases,and then the students entered the simulated clinic for doctor-patient role exchange.Through dialogue,the students dictated the basic medical knowledge points hidden behind the main clinical symptoms or signs and examination indicators,so as to truly understand the basic medical knowledge points and strengthen the clinical medical thinking.
