摘  要:全科医学是以社区卫生服务中心为主体的新型医学学科,培养知识全面、经验丰富、高素质的全科医师对于促成国家大健康的目标有重要意义。将人文素质教育融入全科住院医师规培教学中,有利于落实全科医学以人为中心的目标。本文进一步强调了全科医师培养中人文素质教育的重要性,并对人文关怀融入全科教育的难点及思路进行了探讨。General practice is a new medical discipline with community health service center as the main body.It is of great significance to cultivate general practitioners with comprehensive knowledge,rich experience and high quality to promote the goal of national health.Integrating humanistic quality education into the teaching of general practice residency training is conducive to the implementation of the people-centered goal of general practice.This paper further emphasizes the importance of humanistic quality education in the training of general practitioners,and discusses the difficulties and ideas of humanistic care falling into general education.
