摘  要:新时代的教育教学变革要求教育家精神引领新时代教师专业发展。教育家精神包含理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心和弘道追求六个维度的科学内涵。教育家精神既是新时代教育工作者必备的优良品格,又是推进教师队伍建设的关键路径。践行教育家精神需要坚持思想为先、筑牢教师专业发展的思想根基;坚持环境为辅、营造尊师重教的社会氛围;坚持育人为本,构建“大教育”的工作格局;坚持创新为根,倡导终身学习理念,培育拔尖人才;坚持道德为基,耕耘教育田,甘做学子引路人;坚持目标为导、健全教师专业发展的教育体系,为教育强国事业建设提供牢靠的精神引领与实践路向支撑。In the new era,the educational and teaching reforms require teachers develop their professional competences under the guidance of educator spirit,which includes six dimensions of scientific connotation:ideal beliefs,moral sentiments,educational wisdom,cultivation attitude,benevolence,and pursuit of spreading the truth.The important discourse of the spirit of educators is not only a necessary and excellent character for educators in the new era,but also a key support to promote the construction of the teaching staff.Practicing the spirit of educators requires adhering to the following principles,namely putting ideology first and building a solid ideological foundation for teachers'professional development,using environment as a supplement and creating a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,educating people and building a work pattern of"big education",making innovation the root to advocate the concept of lifelong learning and cultivate outstanding talents,cultivating the field of education based on morality to be a guide for student,and constructing the goal oriented and sound education system for teachers'professional development.This can provide reliable spiritual guidance and practical support for the construction of a strong education country.
