摘 要:基于人力资源建设视角,在职业教育改革新要求、高校图书馆未来学习中心发展新趋势以及艺术类文化创意产业转型和技术变革的行业背景下,探讨艺术类高职院校图书馆向未来学习中心转型所应采取的人力资源配置策略。梳理高校图书馆未来学习中心建设的文献研究现状,分析目前艺术类高职院校图书馆人力资源建设变革的必然性与存在的问题。为应对未来学习中心人力资源建设需求,从人力资源规划、招聘选拔、培训发展以及考评激励等维度,详细阐述图书馆未来学习中心人力资源配置的策略,以确保图书馆未来学习中心能够更好地适应快速变化的环境和技术发展趋势,满足艺术类师生个性化和多样化的教学科研等资源服务需求。Based on the perspective of human resource construction,this paper discusses the human resource allocation strategies for the transformation of art vocational college libraries into future learning centers under the background of the new requirements of vocational education reform,the new trend of the development of future learning centers,the transformation of art cultural and creative industries and technological changes.This paper summarizes the current situation of literature research on the future learning center construction,and analyzes the inevitability and existing problems of the human resource construction reform of art vocational college libraries.In order to meet the needs of human resource construction of future learning centers,this paper expounds the strategies about human resource allocation of future learning centers of libraries from the aspects of human resource planning,recruitment and selection,training and development,evaluation and incentive,etc.,so as to ensure that future learning centers of libraries can better adapt to the rapidly changing environment and technological development trends,and meet the personalized and diversified needs of art teachers and students for teaching and research resource service.
