摘 要:学生满意度是衡量教育质量的重要指标。基于3849份开放教育毕业生及其用人单位满意度调查样本,通过多元回归模型探究开放教育毕业生满意度对学业成就的影响作用。研究发现:开放教育毕业生满意度和学业成就处于较高水平;毕业生满意度与学业成就之间存在显著正相关关系;毕业生对教师的满意度、对形成性考核作业的满意度、对教学过程的满意度均会正向影响学业成就,且影响程度存在差异。研究揭示了毕业生满意度在开放教育中的重要作用,建议以提高学生满意度为抓手,多措并举提升学业成就水平。Student satisfaction is an important indicator of educational quality.Based on a sample of 3849 surveys assessing the satisfaction of open education graduates and their employers,this paper uses a multiple regression model to explore the impact of graduate satisfaction on academic achievement.The research findings indicate that both graduate satisfaction and academic achievement are at a relatively high level;there is a significant positive correlation between graduate satisfaction and academic achievement.Specifically,graduates'satisfaction with teachers,formative assessment assignments,and teaching process all positively influence academic achievement,with varying degrees of impact.This paper reveals the important role of graduate satisfaction in open education and suggests that improving student satisfaction should be a focus,with multiple measures taken to enhance academic achievement levels.
