达州市统筹职业教育、高等教育协同创新路径研究

摘　　要：面对人口负增长和老龄化的挑战,达州市需通过统筹职业教育、高等教育协同创新来提升劳动力素质,从而挖掘人口质量红利,支持经济社会发展。统筹职业教育、高等教育协同创新是职业教育和高等教育发挥各自优势,互补各自短板,互相沟通衔接,培养高素质人才的过程。当前,达州市经济和教育持续发展,各级各类教育初步融通,统筹职业教育、高等教育协同创新的现实条件越来越充分,但在顶层设计、职业教育与高等教育协调发展、各级各类教育融通、文化理念上仍面临阻碍。对此,需要通过加强顶层设计、提升职业教育办学规模和水平、构建促进各级各类教育融通的“立交桥”、营造文化支持氛围等措施来应对。Faced with the challenges of negative population growth and aging,Dazhou needs to improve the quality of the workforce by coordinating the innovation of vocational education and higher education,thereby tapping into the demo-graphic dividend and supporting economic and social development.The coordinated innovation of vocational and higher education is a process where vocational education and higher education leverage their respective advantages,complement each other's shortcomings,communicate and connect with each other,and cultivate high-quality talents.At present,the economy and education in Dazhou continue to develop,and various levels and types of education have preliminarily inte-grated.The practical conditions for the coordinated innovation of vocational and higher education are increasingly suffi-cient,but there are still obstacles in top-level design,the coordinated development of vocational and higher education,the integration of various levels and types of education,and cultural concepts.In response,measures such as strengthening top-level design,improving the scale and level of vocational education,constructing an“overpass”to promote the integra-tion of various levels and types of education,and creating a supportive cultural atmosphere are needed.
