摘 要:运动营养食品可以为运动员提供所需的营养成分。农业食品来源广泛,其营养价值、风味价值、生物活性价值均较高,是运动营养食品研发原料的重要选择渠道。分析运动员在运动前、中、后期所需的营养成分,综述农业源食品及其提取物对运动功能的保护作用,旨在为运动营养食品开发及农业源食品高值化利用提供理论参考。Sports nutrition foods can provide athletes with the nutrients they need.Agri-food comes from a wide range of sources,and its nutritional value,flavor value and biological activity value are high,which is an important choice channel for the research and development of sports nutrition food raw materials.In this paper,the nutritional components required by athletes before,during and after exercise were analyzed,and the protective effects of agri-derived food and its extracts on motor function were reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the development of sports nutrition food and the high-value utilization of agri-derived food.
