摘 要:《2023年EDUCAUSE地平线报告(学生全面体验版)》揭示了未来高等教育中学生体验将面临的多维挑战与变革趋势。其采用专家调查法,重点从社会趋势、技术趋势、经济趋势、环境趋势等方面,阐释了影响未来高等教育学生综合体验的多维挑战;强调了六项核心技术与实践作为提升学生体验的主要推动力,包括人工智能、无障碍与全纳性工具和实践、提升学生与科学技术的联系和归属感、加大对学生心理健康关注的力度、建立用于学习分析的统一数据模型以及培养师生的数字素养;阐明对学生全面体验产生重大影响的核心技术和实践,并预测了未来高等教育学生体验可能呈现的发展场景——增长、约束、崩溃、转型。通过对该报告的重点分析和解读,可对我国高等教育学生体验变革提供以下几点启示:深入调研学生需求,提供个性精准服务;涵养校园文化环境,提升学生实践能力;强化校企合作体系,建立终身学习平台;深度应用智能技术,开展数字素养培训。The 2023 EDUCAUSE Horizon Report:Holistic Student Experience Edition reveals the multidimensional challenges and trends of change that the student experience in higher education will face in the future.Using the Delphi Method,it focuses on social,technological,economic,and environmental trends to explain the multidimensional challenges that will affect the future of the comprehensive student experience in higher education;and emphasizes six core technologies and practices as the main drivers for enhancing the student experience,including artificial intelligence,accessibility and inclusion tools and practices,supporting student connection and belonging with technology,expanded mental health support for students,unified data models for learning analytics,and building data literacy for understanding and using student data;illuminates the core technologies and practices that will have a significant impact on the overall student experience,and predicts the likely future of the student experience in higher education-growth,constraints,collapse and transformation.Through the focused analysis and interpretation of the report,the following insights can be provided for the change of higher education student experience in China:in-depth research on students’needs and provision of personalized and precise services;cultivation of campus cultural environment and enhancement of students’practical ability;strengthening of university-enterprise cooperation system and establishment of a lifelong learning platform;and in-depth application of intelligent technology and digital literacy training.
