摘  要:在数字化浪潮席卷教育领域的今天,提升教师的数字素养不仅是推动教育数字化转型的关键,也是构建未来教育新生态的基石。开放大学以现代信息技术为支撑的特征要求教师具备较强的数字素养,而科学评价教师的数字素养是提升其教学能力的前提,也是推动开放大学数字化转型的重要步骤。但从实践情况来看,开放大学教师数字素养缺乏科学的评价指标体系和评价模型、完善的体制机制和政策遵循、丰富的智慧平台和数字资源等。基于教育部发布的《教师数字素养》标准,结合开放大学教师的特殊性,构建了开放大学教师数字素养评价指标体系和相应的结构方程模型,确定了各评价指标的权重并进行了分析,提出了提升开放大学教师数字素养的实践路径。In today′s digital age,the transformation of education through digitalization is reshaping the landscape,and improving teachers′digital literacy is not only essential for driving this transformation but also for building the foundation of future educational ecosystems.Open universities,characterized by the integration of modern information technologies,require teachers to possess strong digital literacy.A scientifically grounded evaluation of this literacy is crucial for enhancing teaching effectiveness and advancing the digital transformation of these institutions.However,practical challenges remain,including the lack of a comprehensive and scientifically designed evaluation system,as well as insufficient institutional frameworks,policies,smart platforms,and digital resources to support this development.In response to these challenges,this study draws on the"Teacher Digital Literacy"standards issued by the Ministry of Education and takes into account the unique context of open university faculty.It proposes a digital literacy evaluation index system and an accompanying structural equation model tailored for open university teachers,offering a practical approach to improving their digital literacy.
