摘  要:实现高等教育分类发展是建设教育强国的先决条件,省域高等教育分类发展对教育强国建设负有主体责任。本研究依托竞合理论,针对省域高等教育分类标准固化、合作联动不足和分类目标建设失衡、合作理念和行动不足等问题,提出竞合视角下省域高等教育分类发展的实践路径,通过构建省域高等教育分类多主体竞合生态关系,建立互涉共生的省域高校分类发展主体,形成互补嵌入的结构化竞合和评价机制,分类引领确立互为目标的价值旨归以突破传统分类发展中的路径依赖和组织惯习影响,为建设中国特色、世界一流的高等教育贡献力量。The realization of the classified development of higher education is the prerequisite for the construction of a powerful education country,and the classified development of provincial higher education bears the main responsibility for the construction of an educational power.The study relies on the theory of coopetition and proposes a practical path for the development of provincial higher education classifications from the perspective of coopetition in view of the problems of the solidification of classification standards,insufficient cooperation and linkage,imbalanced construction of classification goals,and insufficient cooperation concepts and actions.By constructing a multi-agent competition and cooperation ecological relationship for provincial higher education classifications,a mutually involved and symbiotic provincial university classification development subject is established,a complementary and embedded structured competition and supervision and evaluation mechanism is formed,and classification leads to the creation of mutually targeted values in order to break through the influence of path dependence and organizational habits in the traditional classification,and to contribute to the construction of world-class higher education with Chinese characteristics.
