摘 要:柔韧性训练是体育教育中的重要组成部分,对提升学生整体体能具有重要意义。该研究探讨了柔韧性训练在体育教育中的实施过程及其对体能提升的作用。研究发现,科学合理的柔韧性训练能够有效改善关节活动范围,增强肌肉弹性,预防运动损伤,促进运动表现。体育教师应依据学生年龄特点和体能水平,采用静态拉伸、动态拉伸、本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法(PNF)等多样化的训练方法,并注重训练的系统性和个性化。同时,将柔韧性训练与其他体能训练相结合,可全面提升学生的身体素质。该研究结果可为体育教育中开展柔韧性训练提供理论依据和实践指导。Flexibility training is an important part of physical education(PE)and has significant meaning in improving students'overall physical fitness.This research explores the implementation process of flexibility training in PE and its effect on physical fitness improvement.The research found that scientific and reasonable flexibility training can effectively improve the range of joint movement,enhance elasticity,prevent sports injuries,and promote sports performance.PE teachers should adopt diversified training methods such as static stretching,dynamic stretching,and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation therapy(PNF)based on students'age characteristics and physical fitness levels,and pay attention to the systematicness and individualization of training.Meanwhile,combining flexibility training with other physical fitness can comprehensively improve students'physical fitness.The research results provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for conducting flexibility training in PE.
