摘　　要：本研究旨在探索新时代背景下高职院校专职辅导员学生管理工作的新视角、新思路、新举措,以实现学生管理工作的精细化。通过文献查阅、调查分析等方法,研究高职院校学生的特点及教育管理现状,并针对现状中的问题提出改革思路。研究重点在于如何将繁琐的学生工作进行条理性梳理,制定出符合学生实际情况的改革方案,并获取学生对改革方案的真实想法。项目的创新之处在于结合学校管理现状及高职院校学生的特点,对目前学生管理工作中存在的不足进行深入研究,并将研究成果反馈到日常管理工作中,以提高学生管理工作的效率和效果。The aim of this study is to explore new perspectives,new ideas,and new measures for the student management work of full-time counselors in vocational colleges under the background of the new era so as to achieve the refinement of student management work.Through literature review and analysis,this study investigates the characteristics of vocational college students and the current situation of educational management,and proposes reform ideas for the problems in the current situation.The research focuses on how to systematically sort out the tedious student work,develop reform plans that are in line with the actual situation of students,and obtain their true thoughts on the reform plans.The innovation of the project lies in combining the current situation of school management with the characteristics of vocational college students,conducting in-depth research on the shortcomings in current student management work,and the research results are applied to daily management work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of student management work.
