样板支部育建背景下高职院校教学党支部建设路径探析——以西安铁路职业技术学院教二党支部为例

摘　　要：本文以西安铁路职业技术学院教学第二党支部为例,论述了样板支部培育建设背景下高职院校教学党支部建设路径:强化思想建设,筑牢思想建设堡垒;打造“一组一品”,升级“党建+业务”品牌;探索课程思政融入路径,培育“工匠精神”;依托“两基地一平台”,提升党支部服务能力;强化创新工作路径,扩大专业群双创服务范围,为高职院校样板教学党支部建设提供借鉴和参考。This article takes the second teaching party branch of Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Institute as an example to discuss the construction path of teaching party branches in vocational colleges under the background of cultivating and constructing model branches:strengthening ideological construction and building a strong fortress of ideological construction;Build a"one set,one product"brand and upgrade the"party building+business"brand;Explore the path of integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum and cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship;Relying on the"two bases and one platform"to enhance the service capabilities of party branches;Strengthen the innovation work path,expand the scope of professional group entrepreneurship and innovation services,and provide reference and guidance for the construction of model teaching party branches in vocational colleges.
