摘  要:体育是“五育并举”育人体系的重要组成部分,对培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才具有重要意义。北京联合大学立足“五育并举”的时代背景,围绕立德树人根本任务,秉持健康第一的教育理念,发挥“以体育人”功能,通过明确目标导向、深化理念融合、健全体制机制等举措,强化体育工作的顶层设计,在体育课程建设、群众体育发展、体育竞赛参与、体育文化培育等方面不断改革创新,探索形成了推进高校体育工作高质量发展的实践路径,以适应新一轮本科教育教学审核评估的要求。Physical education is an essential part of the“five-dimension education integration”(moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education),playing an important role in cultivating high-quality talents who are well-rounded in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills.Under the educational system of“five-dimension education integration”,Beijing Union University pays special attention to the core role of physical education in cultivating talents with comprehensive development.The university focuses on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,adheres to the educational philosophy of“health first”,and leverages the function of“educating through sports”.By clarifying goal orientation,deepening the integration of concepts,and improving institutional mechanisms,the university has strengthened the top-level design of sports work.It continuously reforms and innovates in aspects such as sports curriculum construction,mass sports development,sports competition participation,and sports culture cultivation.Through these efforts,Beijing Union University has explored a practical path to promote the high-quality development of physical education in colleges and universities,aligning with the requirements of the new round of undergraduate education evaluation and assessment.
