摘  要:建立了顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分析电子烟油中挥发性成分的方法。结合化学计量学方法对定量数据进行主成分分析、聚类分析和热图分析,可以直观展示出不同口味电子烟油之间的挥发性成分差异和样品聚类结果。结果显示,其中3种草莓口味电子烟油中乙基麦芽酚和γ-癸内酯含量明显较高;两种樱桃口味电子烟油中乙酸、2-羟基丙基乙酸酯的含量相对较高;具有香蕉香气的丁酸乙酯在香蕉口味样品中含量最高;香兰素的含量在可可味电子烟中尤为突出,提供浓郁奶香。实验共提取出17种对口味区分具有贡献作用的挥发性成分,该方法样品用量少、前处理过程简单、样品分析用时短,可为非烟草味电子烟液的检验识别和监管提供参考。Headspace solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS)analytical method was established for the analysis of volatile components in e-liquids.The detection method has the advantages of low sample consumption,simple pre-treatment procedure and short sample analysis time.Combined with chemometric methods,the quantitative data were analyzed by principal component analysis,cluster analysis and heat map analysis.The differences in volatile components between different flavored e-liquid and the results of sample clustering can be visualized.The contents of ethyl maltol and γ-decalactone were significantly higher in three strawberry-flavored e-liquid;the contents of acetic acid and 2-hydroxypropyl acetate were relatively higher in two cherry-flavored e-liquid;ethyl butyrate with banana aroma was the highest concentration in banana-flavored samples,and the content of vanillin was especially prominent in cocoa-flavored e-liquid,which provided a strong milky aroma.A total of 17 volatile components contributing to flavor differentiation were extracted to provide reference for the identification and regulation of the detection of non-tobacco flavored e-liquids.
