摘 要:目的探索多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)与标准化教学病房相结合的教学模式在妇产科教学中的应用及评价。方法选取在昆山市第一人民医院妇产科轮转的60名住院医师,分为两组:2020年—2021年入本专业基地的30名住院医师为观察组,采用MDT与标准化教学病房相结合的教学模式;2018年—2019年入本专业基地的30名住院医师为对照组,采用传统教学模式。通过客观指标对两组住院医师及指导医师进行评估。结果观察组在临床分析能力、专业知识和临床诊疗能力上优于对照组;在文献阅读、科研等独立学习能力显著提升,也增强了在医患沟通、团队合作及临床思维方面的能力;对于指导医师的教学质量给予了更高的评价,反映出该模式教学的有效性和住院医师对学习过程的满意度。结论采用MDT与标准化教学病房相结合的教学模式,显著增强了住院医师的临床综合能力,并通过分层递进、系统化教学促进其对疾病的深入理解。该模式显著增强了住院医师的自主学习能力和临床实践技巧,同时,指导医师的教学质量提高,充分证实该教学模式在提升教学效果方面的显著效果。Objective To explore the application and evaluation of a multi-disciplinary treatment(mdt)combined with standardized teaching wards in obstetrics and gynecology education.Methods Sixty residents rotating through the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the First People's Hospital of Kunshan were selected and divided into two groups:30 residents who joined the specialty base from 2020 to 2021 served as the observation group,using a teaching model that combined Multi-Disciplinary Treatment(MDT)with standardized teaching wards;30 residents who joined the base from 2018 to 2019 served as the control group,using traditional teaching methods.Objective indicators were used to assess both groups of residents and their instructors.Results The observation group demonstrated superior clinical analysis skills,professional knowledge,and clinical diagnostic and treatment abilities compared with the control group.They also showed significant improvements in independent learning abilities,such as literature review and scientific research,and enhanced their capabilities in patient-doctor communication,teamwork,and clinical thinking.The instructors'teaching quality was rated higher,reflecting the effectiveness of this teaching model and the residents'satisfaction with the learning process.Conclusion The teaching model that combined Multi-Disciplinary Treatment(MDT)with standardized teaching wards can significantly enhanced the comprehensive clinical capabilities of residents.It promoted a deep understanding of diseases through tiered and systematic teaching.This model notably strengthens the residents'autonomous learning abilities and clinical practice skills.Additionally,the improved teaching quality of the instructors confirms the significant effectiveness of this teaching model in enhancing educational outcomes.
