摘　　要：目的通过六西格玛管理法对2019年—2021年陆军特色医学中心参加军队住院医师规范化培训的医疗专业技术军官(简称军医)的医师资格考试进行全流程监管,对军医医师资格考试通过率改善策略进行研究,并提出针对性意见。方法以2019年—2021年本院160名军医为研究对象,采用六西格玛管理法进行干预,对实践技能考试成绩、医学综合笔试成绩两个指标进行分析。结果2019年—2021年本院160名军医的实践技能考试全部通过,医学综合笔试总成绩不合格占比逐年递减,由6.6%降到2.2%;高分数段(420分以上)占比逐年提升,由44.3%提升到54.4%。结论基于六西格玛管理法能够提升军医医师资格考试通过率,在不断的实践和探索中推动军队医学教育向前向好发展,为我国部队卫勤保障事业培养更多更好的军事医学人才。Objective To supervise the entire process of the physician qualification examination for medical professional and technical officers(referred to as military doctors)who participated in the standardized training of military resident physicians in our hospital from 2019 to 2021 through the Six Sigma management method.This study aimed to investigate strategies for improving the pass rate of the military doctors qualification examination and provide targeted suggestions.Methods A total of 160 military doctors in our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Six Sigma management method was used for intervention,and the scores of practical skills examination and medical comprehensive written examination were analyzed.Results From 2019 to 2021,all 160 military doctors in our hospital passed the practical skills exam.The proportion of those who did not pass the overall medical comprehensive written test has been decreased year by year,from 6.6% to 2.2%;The proportion of high scoring segments(above 420 points)increased year by year,from 44.3% to 54.4%.Conclusion Based on the Six Sigma management method,in order to improve the pass rate of the military medical physicians qualification examination,the educational management department should adhere to the DMAIC model principle,and promote the development of military medical education in continuous practice thus exploration,thus cultivate more and better military medical talents for the medical support work of the Chinese military.
