摘  要:美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会(ACGME)开发核心胜任力的Milestones 2.0评价体系,对我国毕业后医学教育有一定启示。该文解读ACGME核心胜任力Milestones 2.0评价体系,结合我国住院医师规范化培训现状,提出应加强我国住院医师基于系统的医学实践能力、关注住院医师职业幸福感、强化住院医师教学能力培养,建立符合我国医疗实践背景的住院医师核心胜任力培养评价体系。Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education(ACGME)focused on the four components of public competency:interpersonal communication(ICS),professional literacy(PROF),practice-based learning and improvement(PBLI),and system-based practice(SBP),in developing the public Milestones 2.0 to establish a unified public competency development path and evaluation criteria for all majors.By interpreting Milestone 2.0,based on the current situation of standardized residency training in our country,this paper proposes that we should strengthen the training of resident's system-based medical practice ability,pay attention to resident's professional well-being,and promote the training of resident's teaching ability.It is suggested to establish the Milestones evaluation system of public competency training for residents in China.
