摘  要:针对地方高校资源贫乏、科研基础差、平台少,以及本科生科研能力和素质参差不齐等普遍问题,本文探索并实践了新工科背景下材料专业“硕士-本科”协同创新的人才培养方式。本研究通过进行课程体系优化,建设数字化学习环境;完善管理制度,提高信息化教学能力和管理水平;建立“本-硕相互促进”的科研协同发展制度和多样化的课外科技创新,打通了硕士生与本科生协同创新能力培养的衔接通道,达到了个性化培养科技创新人才目的。In response to the common problems of scarce resources,poor scientific research foundation,and limited platforms in local universities,as well as the uneven of research abilities and qualities about undergraduate students,a talent cultivation model is explored and practiced,which is a collaborative development of Master's and undergraduate students about the materials major under the background of new engineering.A digital learning environment is built by optimizing the curriculum system.Moreover,the teaching capabilities of information technology and management levels are enhanced by improving the management isms.After a collaborative development system of the scientific research is established for the mutual promotion between undergraduate and graduate students,as well as the diverse extracurricular technological innovations,the connective channel is connected about the cultivating collaborative innovation ability between Master's and undergraduate students,achieving the goal of personalized training of technological innovation talents.
