民办高校人才培养效果量化评价要素研究——以广东理工学院为例

摘  要:本科院校层次的差异必然导致人才培养效果的不同。在以往定性评价体系基础上,以民办本科高校为例,通过三轮对两种主体的匿名问卷调查,探讨能够评价高校在德智体美劳五方面培育人效果的量化要素,并对51个要素进行信度、权重分析,构建出相对符合民办高校特征的量化评价体系。完善人才培养效果评价体系,在评价内容上应涵盖德智体美劳全方位,在评价方式上应将定性评价与定量评价有机结合,还应融合学生、教师、企业人员和家长等多元主体的评价。Different levels of undergraduate colleges and universities inevitably lead to different talent training effects.On the basis of the previous qualitative evaluation system,this study takes private undergraduate colleges as an example,and discusses the quantitative factors that can evaluate the effect of cultivating people in the five aspects of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor through three rounds of anonymous questionnaire survey on two types of subjects.The reliability and weight analysis of 51 factors is carried out to build a quantitative evaluation system that is relatively in line with the characteristics of private colleges and universities,To improve the evaluation system of talent training effect,the evaluation content should cover all the above five aspects and the evaluation method should organically combine qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation,and should also integrate the evaluation of multiple subjects such as students,teachers,enterprise personnel and parents.
