摘  要:在全球科技竞争日益激烈和产业结构不断升级的背景下,培养具有国际竞争力的卓越工程人才已成为我国高等教育的重要使命。针对传统工程人才培养模式的局限性,深入剖析了科教融汇与产教融合的本质内涵及其在卓越工程人才培养中的核心作用。通过双轮驱动模式的具体实施路径和预期成效,旨在系统探究科教融汇与产教融合在卓越工程人才培养中的协同作用,提出适合高校实施的新型教育模式,以推动工程教育的创新发展,培养更多具有国际视野和卓越能力的工程人才,为经济发展和产业升级作出更大贡献。Under the background of increasingly fierce global science and technology competition and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure,it has become an important mission of higher education in China to train outstanding engineering talents with international competitiveness.In view of the limitations of the traditional training mode of engineering talents,this paper deeply analyzes the essence of the integration of science and education and the integration of production and education and its core role in the training of excellent engineering talents.Through the specific implementation path and expected results of the two-wheel drive model,the aim is to systematically explore the synergy between the integration of science and education and the integration of industry and education in the training of excellent engineering talents,and propose a new education model suitable for universities to implement,so as to promote the innovative development of engineering education,train more engineering talents with international vision and excellent ability,and make greater contributions to economic development and industrial upgrading.
