摘　　要：高层次拔尖创新人才培养是提升国家核心竞争力的重要战略举措,研究生教育肩负着培养拔尖创新人才培养的重要使命。东华大学作为纺织行业特色高校,坚持以纺织强国所需高层次拔尖创新人才培养的急难问题为导向,紧扣“高精尖”人才的量与质,通过构筑“三大一长”人才培养新路径,实施“创新基金项目”培育新机制,构建培养过程质量“多元”评价新机制等举措。历经20余年探索与实践,培育了一批支撑纺织强国的人才资源,形成了支撑国家战略所需人才的高水平学科平台,获得一批具有推广示范效应的成果,助力我国“纺织强国”目标实现。The cultivation of high-level innovative talents is an important strategic measure to enhance the core competitiveness of the country,and postgraduate education shoulders the important mission of cultivating top-notch innovative talents.As a university with characteristics in the textile industry,Donghua University adheres to the urgent and difficult problems in the cultivation of high-level innovative talents required by the strong textile industry country,and focuses on the quantity and quality of“high-precision”talents,through constructing the“Big team,project,platform and long-term”talent cultivation path,implementing the“innovation fund project”cultivation mechanism,and build the new mechanism for diversified evaluation of the quality of the cultivation process.After 20 years of exploration and practice,Donghua University has cultivated a group of technical professionals to support the building of the strong textile country,formed a high-level disciplinary platform to support the talents required by the national strategy,and obtained a number of achievements with promotion and demonstration effects to help achieve the goal of“building a strong textile country”.
