摘　　要：文章建立了基于手性色谱法的母乳RRR-α-生育酚(RRR-alpha-Tocopherol,RRR-α-TOH)检测方法并进行方法学验证,测定我国壮族、苗族、白族、蒙古族、维吾尔族和回族6个少数民族初乳和成熟乳(n=112)中α-生育酚(alpha-Tocopherol,α-TOH)及其立体异构体RRR-α-TOH含量,并对其与乳母哺乳期膳食摄入情况相关性进行研究。结果表明,α-TOH和RRR-α-TOH含量随泌乳期延长显著降低(P<0.05)。壮族、苗族和白族初乳中α-TOH和RRR-α-TOH含量均显著高于蒙古族、维吾尔族和回族(P<0.001),壮族和苗族成熟乳中α-TOH和RRR-α-TOH含量均显著高于白族、蒙古族、维吾尔族和回族(P<0.001),且少数民族母乳中RRR-α-TOH含量占α-TOH比例均高于80%,母乳中α-TOH含量与乳母哺乳期膳食摄入情况无显著相关性。In this article,a method based on chiral chromatography for the determination of RRR-alpha-Tocopherol(RRR-α-TOH)in breast milk was developed and methodologically validated,and the levels of alpha-Tocopherol(α-TOH)and its stereoisomer RRR-α-TOH were analysed in the colostrum and mature breast milk(n=112)of six ethnic minorities,namely,the Zhuang,Hmong,Bai,Mongol,Uygur and Hui in China,and their correlation with the dietary intake of lactating mothers was investigated.The results showed that the contents ofα-TOH and RRR-α-TOH decreased significantly(P<0.05)with prolongation of lactation.The contents ofα-TOH and RRR-α-TOH in colostrum of Zhuang,Miao and Bai were significantly higher than those of Mongolian,Uyghur and Hui(P<0.001),and the contents ofα-TOH and RRR-α-TOH in mature milk of Zhuang and Miao were significantly higher than those of Bai,Mongolian,Uyghur and Hui(P<0.001),and the contents of RRR-α-TOH in breast milk of ethnic minorities the proportion ofα-TOH was higher than 80%,and there was no significant correlation between theα-TOH content in breast milk and the dietary intake of lactating mothers.
