摘 要:口腔正畸学教育应立足于正畸学科特色。口腔正畸学科在国内的发展史含有丰富的内涵,探索挖掘其中的思政元素融入研究生课程的教学策略,使学生在课程相关资料素材中感悟、体认。以学生的自主思考为核心,促使主动学习,转变知识灌输为建构型的教学理念,从而提高医学生的综合素质和家国情怀。本研究探索挖掘正畸学科发展史中的思政元素并与口腔正畸学专业相结合的课程体系,通过教学设计和对思政元素的多角度挖掘,在教学实践中进行实施并以调查问卷评估教学效果。结果发现,37名学生中31人(83.78%)非常同意课程提高了自己的爱国意识和民族自信;增强自己对口腔正畸专业的认同度和社会责任感;提高自己的创新意识、增强医学人文关怀理念以及更坚定不断学习的决心。30人(81.80%)非常同意课程加深自己对中国口腔正畸学科发展的了解;坚定了自己从事医疗卫生事业的信心;提升自己职业素养意识并增强了自己的医患沟通技巧。结果显示,将正畸学科发展史中的思政元素融入口腔正畸学研究生课程教育取得了良好的教学实践效果。Orthodontic education should be based on the unique characteristics of the discipline.The development history of orthodontics in China is rich in content,offering many ideological and political(I&P)elements that can be integrated into postgraduate teaching strategies.This enables students to perceive and reflect on these elements through course-related materials.By focusing on students'independent thinking,the approach promotes active learning,shifting from a knowledge transmission model to a constructive teaching philosophy,thereby enhancing the comprehensive qualities and sense of social responsibility of medical students.This study explores and extracts I&P elements from the development history of the orthodontics discipline,combining them with the curriculum of orthodontics.Through teaching design and multi-faceted exploration of I&P elements,the course was implemented in teaching practice and assessed via a questionnaire.Results showed that out of 37 students,31(83.78%)strongly agreed that the course enhanced their sense of patriotism and national pride,increased their recognition of the orthodontics profession,boosted their sense of social responsibility,strengthened their innovation awareness,reinforced the concept of medical humanities,and solidified their determination for continuous learning.Additionally,30 students(81.80%)strongly agreed that the course deepened their understanding of the development of orthodontics in China,strengthened their confidence in pursuing a career in healthcare,enhanced their professional ethics,and improved their doctor-patient communication skills.The results indicate that integrating I&P elements from the development history of orthodontics into postgraduate orthodontic education has achieved excellent practical teaching outcome.
