摘  要:地方应用型本科高校承载着为地方培养应用型人才以及服务地方经济社会发展的重任。文章以信阳农林学院中药资源与开发专业建设的探索与实践为例,剖析了专业建设初期存在的问题,并针对问题总结凝炼了三项针对性的专业建设改革举措,即落实“三阶递进”的学生毕业要求,推进“四育融合”的教师培养策略,践行“七措并举”的实践教学机制。三项教改措施的精准发力提升了该校应用型中药资源与开发专业人才培养的质量,为应用型本科高校交叉学科专业建设提供了思路与借鉴。Local application-oriented universities bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating application-oriented talents and serving local economic and social development.This article takes the construction and practice of Chinese Medicine Resources and Development major at Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the early stage of professional construction,and summarizes three targeted reform measures for professional construction,namely implementing the“three-step progressive”graduation requirements for students,promoting the“four education integration”teacher training strategy,and practicing the“seven measures simultaneously”practical teaching mechanism.The precise implementation of the three educational reform measures has improved the quality of talent cultivation in the field of applied Chinese Medicine Resources and Development at our university,providing ideas and references for the construction of interdisciplinary majors in applied universities.
