摘 要:学科兼具知识形态和组织形态,是内在建制和外在建制的统一体。领军人才既是学术影响力高的学者,同时也是具有出色管理水平的领导者,在学科建设中承担着提出学科愿景、战略布局、资源整合、队伍建设等职责。从组织生命周期理论出发,可将学科组织的发展划分为萌芽期、成长期、成熟期、和蜕变期。在学科发展的萌芽期,领军人才主要关注学术水平的共同提高;在学科发展的成长期,领军人才主要聚焦于团队建设和管理;在学科发展的成熟期,起到战略谋划的作用,对学科的发展进行长远规划和战略研究;在学科发展的蜕变期,领军人才的创新和变革能力对于学科组织的重塑至关重要。Disciplines refer to specialized fields in academic research and education systems that are divided based on differences in knowledge content,research objects,research methods,and theoretical systems.Disciplines combine knowledge and organizational forms,forming a unity of internal and external institutions.Leading talents are not only scholars with high academic influence,but also leaders with excellent management skills,responsible for proposing disciplinary visions,strategic layouts,resource integration,and team building in disciplinary construction.Starting from the theory of organizational lifecycle,the development of disciplinary organizations can be divided into the embryonic stage,growth stage,maturity stage,and transformation stage.In the early stages of disciplinary development,leading talents mainly focus on improving their academic level;In the growth stage of disciplinary development,leading talents mainly focus on team building and management;During the transformational period of disciplinary development,the innovation and transformative abilities of leading talents are crucial for the reshaping of disciplinary organizations.
