乡村振兴战略背景下县域职教中心的角色定位与发展对策

摘　　要：县域职教中心在乡村振兴中扮演着人才培养、技术服务、文化传承和社会服务的关键角色,在培养高素质农民、推动农业产业发展、促进农村一二三产业融合发展以及传承乡村文化等方面极其重要。根据县域职教中心作为人才培养与培训中心、技术传播与应用推广中心、县域文化传承与创新中心、社区教育与终身学习中心等的角色定位,提出基于乡村振兴战略需求,优化县域职业教育整体布局;满足当地产业发展需求,优化专业设置;培养乡村振兴人才,创新人才培养模式;汇聚多元社会力量,协同推进乡村振兴等发展对策,以发挥县域职教中心在乡村振兴中的有效作用。The county vocational education centers play a key role in talent cultivation,technical services,cultural inheritance,and social services in rural revitalization.They are extremely important in cultivating high-quality farmers,promoting agricultural industry development,promoting the integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas,and inheriting rural culture.Based on the role positioning of county-level vocational education centers as talent cultivation and training centers,technology dissemination and application promotion centers,rural cultural inheritance and innovation centers,community education and lifelong learning centers,etc.Itis proposed to optimize the overall layout of county-level vocational education based on the needs of rural revitalization strategy,to meet the needs of local industrial development and optimize professional settings,to cultivate talents for rural revitalization and innovate talent training models,to gather diverse social forces and collaborate to promote development strategies such as rural revitalization,in order to leverage the effective role of county-level vocational education centers in rural revitalization.
