海南省农产品质量安全管理存在问题及对策

摘　　要：在分析海南省农产品质量安全管理现状的基础上,发现存在的主要问题包括政府监管不到位、企业自律意识不强和公众意识及参与度较低等。提出了一系列对策和建议,旨在完善政府监管体系、提高企业质量安全管理水平及加强公众的意识和参与度。通过政府、企业和社会的共同努力,构建一个全面、协调、高效的农产品质量安全管理体系,以促进海南省农业的持续健康发展,确保食品安全,增强海南省农产品在国内外市场的竞争力。Based on analysis of current situation of agricultural product quality and safety management in Hainan Province,main problems found included inadequate government supervision,weak self-discipline awareness of enterprises,and low public awareness and participation.A series of measures and suggestions were proposed,aimed at improving government regulatory system,enhancing quality and safety management level of enterprises,and strengthening public awareness and participation.Through joint efforts of government,enterprises,and society,a comprehensive,coordinated,and efficient agricultural product quality and safety management system could be established to promote sustainable and healthy development of agriculture in Hainan Province,ensure food safety,and enhance competitiveness of Hainan's agricultural products in domestic and international markets.
