摘 要:为探究有轨电车S型小半径曲线桥梁无缝线路相互作用的影响规律,以广州某有轨电车S型小半径曲线桥梁无缝线路为工程背景,建立ABAQUS有限元数值仿真模型,研究桥梁温度、扣件纵向阻力、钢轨伸缩调节器、扣件横向刚度及车辆横向摇摆力等因素对梁轨相互作用的影响规律。基于钢轨伸缩附加力、钢轨纵向位移、梁轨纵向相对位移及桥墩支座横向力等指标,探讨不同工况下S型小半径曲线桥梁无缝线路相互作用特征,进而提出减小S型小半径曲线桥梁无缝线路相互作用的优化方案。研究结果表明:桥梁温度变化对钢轨伸缩附加力、梁轨纵向相对位移的影响显著,且S型曲线连续梁上的钢轨伸缩附加力、梁轨纵向相对位移及钢轨横向位移在曲线衔接处达到最大。在连续梁桥上采用小阻力扣件有利于减小钢轨伸缩附加力和钢轨纵向位移。S型小半径曲线连续梁桥设置钢轨伸缩调节器可减小钢轨伸缩附加力,但会显著增大钢轨纵向位移,建议S型小半径曲线连续梁桥不设或少设钢轨伸缩调节器。扣件横向刚度对钢轨横向位移的影响较为显著,而对桥墩支座横向力的影响可忽略不计。车辆横向摇摆力的施加位置对钢轨横向位移和桥墩支座横向力的影响可忽略不计。研究结果可为有轨电车曲线连续梁桥无缝线路设计提供理论依据。This study aimed to investigate the influence law of interaction between continuously welded rail track and bridge on S-shaped curve line with small radius for trams.A continuously welded rail track and bridge on S-shaped curve line with small radius for trams in Guangzhou as an engineering background,a finite element model was established to study the influence of factors such as the bridge temperature,longitudinal resistance of fasteners,the rail expansion regulator,the lateral stiffness of fasteners and the lateral oscillation force of tram on the interaction between rail and bridge.Based on the indicators such as the additional expansion force of rails,the longitudinal rail displacement,the longitudinal relative displacement between bridge and rail,and the transverse force of bridge pier supports,this study explored the interaction characteristics between continuously welded rail track and bridge on S-shaped curve line with small radius under different working conditions,and proposes the optimization plans to reduce the interaction between rail and bridge.The results indicate that overall temperature change of the bridge has a significant effect on the additional expansion force of rail,as well as the longitudinal relative displacement between bridge and rail.Furthermore,the additional expansion force of rail,the longitudinal relative displacement between bridge and rail,and the transverse displacement of rail reach their maximum values at the junction of the S-shaped curve on the continuous beam bridge.The use of small resistance fasteners on continuous beam bridges is beneficial for reducing the additional expansion force of rail and longitudinal displacement of rail.The installation of rail expansion regulator can reduce the additional force of rail on the S-shaped small radius continuous beam bridge,but it would significantly increase the longitudinal displacement of rail.It is recommended that no or less the rail expansion regulator be installed on the S-shaped small radius continuous beam bridges.The la
