摘　　要：瘀证发病隐匿,辨识困难,致病广泛,病情复杂,易于兼邪致病,是一种相对特殊的中医病理产物和致病因素。在中医临床中,运用中医五辨(辨症、辨证、辨病、辨人、辨机)思维辨治瘀证,对瘀证的发病特点及规律总结概括,可准确把握瘀证的内在发病机制,辨症论瘀证,从宏观、中观、微观3个维度进行“症”的采集;辨证论瘀证,准确分析出病位和病性,把握瘀证的本质;辨病论瘀证,了解瘀证的全程发展规律;辨人论瘀证,洞察先天禀赋差异,实现个性化诊疗;辨机论瘀证,紧扣核心病机,提高中医临床诊疗的有效率;本文列举福建省名中医黄宝英教授临床辨治瘀证案例深入分析,宏观思辨与微观着眼相结合,以期为中医辨治瘀证提供思路,完善对中医证候的认识,丰富中医瘀证的学术理论体系。Blood stasis syndrome is a relatively special pathological product and pathogenic factor of traditional Chinese medicine,characterized by its hidden onset,difficult identification,wide range of pathogenic factors,complex condition and susceptibility to cause diseases with both pathogens.In the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,applying the thinking of five differentiation(syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation,person differentiation and machine differentiation)to differentiate and treat blood stasis syndrome,and summarizing the characteristics and laws of blood stasis syndrome,we can accurately grasp the internal pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome,differentiate and discuss blood stasis syndrome,and collect"syndrome"from macro,meso and micro dimensions.Discuss blood stasis syndrome based on syndrome differentiation,accurately analyze the location and nature of the disease,and grasp the essence of blood stasis syndrome.Differentiate diseases and discuss blood stasis syndrome,and understand the whole development law of blood stasis syndrome.Distinguish people from blood stasis syndrome,gain insight into the difference of congenital endowment,and realize personalized diagnosis and treatment.Distinguish the mechanism and discuss the stasis syndrome,closely follow the core pathogenesis,and improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of blood stasis syndrome by Professor Huang Baoying,a famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Fujian Province.The combination of macro thinking and micro perspective is aimed at providing ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of blood stasis syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,improving the understanding of TCM syndromes,and enriching the academic theoretical system of TCM blood stasis syndrome.
