摘 要:目的:探讨麻醉科护士心理弹性与岗位胜任能力、职业认同感的关系,为护士的职业健康管理提供指导。方法:选取2022年2月-2023年12月于本区三甲医院麻醉科就职的415例护士,采用一般人口学问卷对护士进行调查,采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评估护士心理弹性、中文版护理行为6维度量表(6-D)测量护士岗位胜任能力,采用护士职业认同评定量表评估其职业认同感,采用Pearson相关性分析麻醉科护士心理弹性与岗位胜任能力、职业认同感的相关性,采用多元线性回归分析岗位胜任能力、职业认同感对麻醉科护士心理弹性的影响。结果:麻醉科护士CD-RISC量表评分为78.61±6.35分,6-D量表评分为142.28±11.23分,护士职业认同评定量表评分为108.75±5.34分。麻醉科护士心理弹性、岗位胜任能力和职业认同感在年龄、学历和工作年限上比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=536.606,126.341,299.852,453.962,272.366,275.506,393.759,393.799,37.605;P<0.05),在事业性质上比较差异无统计学意义。Pearson相关性分析显示,麻醉科护士的心理弹性和岗位胜任能力呈正相关(r=0.485,P<0.05),心理弹性和职业认同感没有相关性(r=0.185,P>0.05)。采用多元线性逐步回归进行分析显示,岗位胜任能力对麻醉科护士的心理弹性总评分具有正向预测作用(t=8.415,P<0.05)。结论:麻醉科护士的心理弹性和岗位胜任能力呈正相关;岗位胜任能力对麻醉科护士的心理弹性总评分具有正向预测作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between psychological resilience,and position competence,professional identity of nurses in anesthesiology department so as to provide guidance for occupational health management of nurses.Methods:A total of 415 nurses working in anesthesiology department of a 3a hospital in the district were enrolled between February 2022 and December 2023.All nurses were investigated by general demographics questionnaire.The psychological resilience was evaluated by Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),position competence was detected by the six dimension scale of nursing performance(6-D),and professional identity was evaluated by professional identity rating scale.The correlation between psychological resilience and position competence,professional identity was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis,and the effects of position competence and professional identity on psychological resilience were analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis.Results:The scores of CD-RISC,6-D and professional identity rating scale were 78.61±6.35,142.28±11.23 and 108.75±5.34 points,respectively.There were significant differences in psychological resilience,position competence and professional identity among nurses with different age,education level and working years(F=536.606,126.341,299.852,453.962,272.366,275.506,393.759,393.799,37.605;P<0.05),but there was no significant differences among nurses with different careers.Pearson correlation analysis showed that psychological resilience was positively correlated with position competency(r=0.485,P<0.05),but not correlated with professional identity(r=0.185,P>0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that position competence was of positively predictive effect on total score of psychological resilience(t=8.415,P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological resilience is positively correlated with position competency of nurses in anesthesiology department,and position competence is of positively predictive effect on total score of psycholog
