摘　　要：在当今社会,法治建设的不断推进和社会的持续发展,使得罪犯教育改造工作面临着新的挑战与机遇。罪犯教育改造社会化作为一种重要的理念和实践方向,日益受到广泛关注。在这样的背景下,深入研究罪犯教育改造社会化的理论与路径具有极其重要的现实意义。通过引入社会力量参与、开展职业技能培训、加强心理辅导等多种方式,将提高罪犯改造的效果,为我国罪犯教育改造社会化提供了有益的借鉴。In today's society,with the continuous advancement of legal construction and the sustained development of society,criminal education and rehabilitation work is facing new challenges and opportunities.As an important concept and practical direction,the socialization of criminal education and rehabilitation has increasingly attracted widespread attention.Against this background,in-depth research on the theory and path of the socialization of criminal education and rehabilitation holds extremely important practical significance.By introducing social forces to participate,conducting vocational skills training,strengthening psychological counseling,and other methods,the effectiveness of criminal rehabilitation will be improved,providing useful references for the socialization of criminal education and rehabilitation in China.
