摘　　要：为落实以“增强立德树人成效”为根本任务的劳动教育理念,中国矿业大学非遗工坊教研团队通过整合地方特色非物质文化遗产资源,探索了大学生劳动教育的“中国芯”模式。“中国芯”模式的核心在于构建“政产学研用创金”协同发展的劳动教育全链条新生态体系,实现劳动教育生态、劳动实践生态和劳动服务生态的“三位一体”。该模式的实践路径为:强化价值引领,促进劳动教育与思想政治教育互动融合;开展混合式教育,加强劳动教育理论教学和实践教学的有机衔接;立足专业特色,引导劳动教育与专业教育有机衔接;提倡创造性劳动,深化劳动教育与创新创业教育有效互动;营造校园劳动文化氛围,推动劳动教育有机融入校园文化体系;鼓励新型服务性劳动,实现劳动教育与社会实践融合发展。In order to implement the concept of labor education with the fundamental task of"enhancing the effectiveness of moral education and educating people",the teaching and research team of the intangible cultural heritage workshop in China University of Mining and Technology explored the"Chinese Core"model of college students'labor education by integrating local intangible cultural heritage resources.The core of the"China Core"model is to build a new ecological system of the whole chain of labor education with the coordinated development of"government,production,university and research to create gold",and realize the"trinity"of labor education ecology,labor practice ecology and labor service ecology.The practical path of this model is as follows:strengthen the value guidance,promote the interactive integration of labor education and ideological and political education;carry out the mixed education and strengthen the organic connection between theoretical teaching and practical teaching of labor education;based on professional characteristics,guide labor education and professional education organic connection;promote creative labor,deepen the effective interaction between labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education;build the atmosphere of campus labor culture and promote the organic integration of labor education into campus culture system;and encourage a new type of service labor and integrate labor education with social practice.
