摘  要:新时代医疗卫生系统心理人才缺口巨大,且在国家政策支持及高校推动“双一流”建设的背景下,应用心理学专业发展迎来了机遇和挑战。目前,中医药院校应用心理学专业在专业定位、人才培养、课程教学、学生职业规划等方面还存在很多困境。基于此,通过优化应用心理学人才培养方案,以“医学+心理学”为课程基础,凸显应用心理学(医科)特色,建设实验实训技能操作培训平台,完善“医学+心理学”教学实践体系,组建学科交叉、“双师型”教学团队,构建应用心理学专业跨学科人才培养模式,最终实现培养精技能、懂医学、强心理的应用心理学(医学)复合创新型人才。In the new era,there is a huge shortage of psychological personnel in the medical and health system,and with the support of national policies and the promotion of the"Double First-class"construction by universities,the development of applied psychology major has faced both opportunities and challenges.At present,there are still many difficulties in the professional positioning,personnel cultivation,course teaching,and student career planning of applied psychology major in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.Based on this,by optimizing the personnel training program for applied psychology,with"medicine+psychology"as the course foundation,highlighting the characteristics of applied psychology(medicine),constructing an experimental and practical skills operation training platform,improving the"medicine+psychology"teaching practice system,forming interdisciplinary and"dual teacher"teaching teams,constructing an interdisciplinary personnel training model for applied psychology,and ultimately achieving the cultivation of composite innovative personnel in applied psychology(medicine)with excellent skills,understanding of medicine,and strong psychology.
