摘 要:选取2022年1月至2023年1月普外科的60名护理实习生为研究对象,将其分为对照组与研究组,对照组采用常规教学方法,研究组采用引导式教学方法联合反思日志教学法。采用护士核心能力评价表评估外科护理实习生的核心能力,采用一般自我效能感量表评估外科护理实习生的自我效能感,对比两组实习生干预前后的理论考核、操作考核成绩,并采用自行设计的满意度调查问卷调查两组实习生的教学满意度,探讨引导式教学方法联合反思日志在普通外科护理实习生教学中的应用效果。结果表明,在普通外科护理实习生教学中采用引导式教学方法联合反思日志,可提高其核心能力及自我效能感水平,同时也能够提高教学满意度,值得临床推广应用。60 nursing interns in general surgery from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group and a research group.The control group was taught by conventional teaching methods,and the research group was taught by guided teaching method combined with reflection log.The core competencies of the surgical nursing interns were assessed by the Nurses'Core Competency Evaluation Scale,the self-efficacy of the surgical nursing interns was assessed by the General Self-efficacy Scale,and the theoretical and operative assessment scores before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups of interns,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the teaching satisfaction of the interns of the two groups to explore the effectiveness of the guided teaching method combined with the reflection log in the teaching of general surgery nursing interns.The results showed that the use of guided teaching method combined with reflection log in the teaching of general nursing interns can improve their core competence and self-efficacy,and also improve their teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
