摘　　要：目的探讨护理临床思维训练案例库在高职三二分段护理专业学生实践教学中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法,选取山西某高职院校2022级(对照组)和2023级(观察组)在校护理高职三二分段专业学生为研究对象,比较两组学生的临床评判性思维能力和教学成绩。结果观察组的临床评判性思维能力总分和开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲、认知成熟度维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的教学综合成绩、平时成绩、期末成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将护理临床思维训练案例库应用于高职三二分段护理专业实践教学中,应用PBL+CBL联合教学模式,实现以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学模式与培养自主学习能力和临床评判性思维能力的有机统一。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing clinical thinking training case database in practical teaching of nursing major in higher vocational students with three and two stages.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select nursing students from a certain higher vocational college in Shanxi Province in Grade 2022(control group)and 2023(observation group)as the research subjects.The clinical critical thinking ability and teaching performance of the two groups of students were compared.Results The total score of clinical critical thinking ability,open thinking,analytical ability,systematic ability,thirst for knowledge,and cognitive maturity dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive teaching scores,regular grades,and final grades of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By applying the nursing clinical thinking training case database to the practical teaching of the nursing major with three and two stages of higher vocational education,and using the PBL+CBL combined teaching mode,the organic unity of student-centered and teacher-led teaching model and the cultivation of self-taught ability and clinical critical thinking ability can be achieved.
